Can dental work cause facial sagging?

IE pulling and stretching face? Hi, I went to dentist for dental work, he pulled my face really hard, just wondering is that could cause facial sag.

Pulling and stretching of the face by the dentist doesn't cause facial sagging or anything relative to facial aging. Sometimes if a dentist pulls hard enough, they can tear some of your muscular tissues which can lead to temporary soreness and loss of muscular tone. Your skin is elastic and your body will heal and bounce back in a matter of days. Best, Dr. Anil Shah

The skin is elastic so after routine dental work it should return to it's usual  state. If your dental problems are extensive (Ie. missing teeth, jaw surgery etc) than this can result in a change in the shape of the face.
