My doctor told me to wear my faja for 24 hour 3 months straight then 12 hours a day for three months straight. All my friends in America have never had to do this... just wondering the pros and cons .. also I haven't exactly been wearing it for 24 hours a day, some days I leave it off for a few hours or some nights I cant handle the compression and sleep with out it.

Thanks for your question. It depends on how the buttocks is healing, but usually around 3 to 6 months it should be ok. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
