Long story short, two months ago I had 30 units of Botox done for the first. I'm trying to prevent my frown lines from forming. Two weeks later pass by and it looks like nothing hasn't changed. I was able to freely move my forehead with out any resistance. Then about a week ago I got 14 units of Dysport and that hasn't responded all that well either. My Dr said either I need more than average person, or that my body is rejecting it. Why would I need more than average person?

Hello and thanks for your question. I would avoid injectables in this area until this skin infection clears up a bit as it could lead complications. Please always seek a qualified and experienced practitioner, Best wishes
Botox is very
safe when it’s used around the eyes. It’s very unusual for Botox alone to cause
puffiness. It may however cause puffiness when used in combination with a
filler. This may go away in 3-4 months when the Botox wears off but may take
longer and thus depend on the filler dissolving.
