Awkward shape of ear 5.5 weeks after otoplasty - If this is my final result, are there options to surgically revise? (photo)

Had otoplasty 5 weeks ago; result looks unnatural; awkward look due to the hidden helix. When the dressing was removed after the surgery, my ears were very set back. Surgeon said the ears tend to move fwd, and he over corrected to accommodate. I'm anxious/ sad about whether this is my final result. How long before cartilage is done moving my ears fwd to show more helix? If this is my final result, are there options to surgically revise? sad about the procedure. Trying to contact surgeon.
