Alar retraction is one of the most difficult problems to solve .Often extensive grafts and a lengthy procedure are needed but it depends on the degree of severity

Without seeing the photographs the answer to your question is only a guess.if this is simple and uncomplicated the cost could be anywhere between three and $5000.it depends whether you want a good result or not who you choose. The experience and technical ability of the surgeon will be evident in the cost.

 The cost of any type of rhinoplasty procedure is dependent directly upon the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in operating room( not a clinic), time under anesthesia, and the surgeon's professional fee for performing the procedure.  Correction of alar retraction is very difficult, and is best  performed  by a surgeon very experienced in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty. That actually is not a simple question as the specifics really matter. Without seeing photos and knowing what, if any, other nose surgery you have had, a plan cannot be decided upon. However, IF....it was a straightforward harvesting of the cartilage graft from the ear with straightforward placement in the ala, with reasonable predictability of success....then in my office this would start at $2500 under local anesthesia.

The cost of the grafting including the harvesting iof the graft, operating room and sedation would be approximateky $3,500-$5,000.
