How much does Alar retraction cost, NOT FULL RHINO?

All I want to d all I want to do, is have a composite alerm graft implanted into my right nostril, , to build a symmetry with the other one. I do not want to full rhinoplasty Nora tip plasti just simply the alrm graf. I do not want to full rhinoplasty Nora tip plasti just simply the alrm graft. How much total would that cost just for one nostril?

Alar retraction is one of the most difficult problems to solve .Often extensive grafts and a lengthy procedure are needed but it depends on the degree of severity

Without seeing the photographs the answer to your question is only a guess.if this is simple and uncomplicated the cost could be anywhere between three and $5000.it depends whether you want a good result or not who you choose. The experience and technical ability of the surgeon will be evident in the cost.

Surgical fees vary widely.  Your problem may not be best corrected with the graft that you are discussing.  I recommend you seek consultation with a qualified facial plastic surgeon or general plastic surgeon to provide treatment recommendations.Best wishes

Without a proper evaluation, it's difficult to make any recommendations on improving one sided alar retraction.  The amount of retraction will determine how much grafting is needed and whether or not the results you seek can be achieved. The cost of any type of rhinoplasty procedure is dependent directly upon the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in operating room( not a clinic), time under anesthesia, and the surgeon's professional fee for performing the procedure.  Correction of alar retraction is very difficult, and is best  performed  by a surgeon very experienced in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty.
