Asymmetry/ large areolas/sagging. Should I get an areola reduction, with breast lift and implants? (Photo)

   I think that a breast lift with areolar reduction and breast augmentation with implants would produce a very nice result.  Evaluate before and after pictures and reviews to select your surgeon.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Thank you for your picture and question.A lift will help to improve the "sagginess" as well as reduce the size of the areola. An implant will give you more volume and upper breast fullness.  Be sure to consult with a board eligible/certified plastic surgeon to go over all the details. At the consultation, you may find that 800cc is rather large. At 18 years old, if you get an 800cc implant, you definitely need to prepare for an additional surgery to include a secondary lift in the future.I hope this helps.- Dr. Bryson Richards, MD
