Broke my nose a second time - should I have it reset now or can I hold off since I am planning for a future septooplasty?

Hello and thank you for your question. You could do this either way. There is value in waiting for the swelling to fully resolve and do it as one definitive surgery in a delayed fashion. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
