I have a deep pocket of volume loss near or on my nasolabial area. There is also dimpling on one side of my mouth with random and shallower pockets of volume loss. I have used threads before and that seemed to help but only slight improvement, and went away fast. Should I try sculptra to contour and lift my mid to lower cheek area? Or other Hyaluronic acid filler? Or do threads again?
