5 vials of Sculptra didn't work - Is it worth continuing?

Hello I am in mid 30's and started with one vial of sculptra, then went for a second and third treatment ( each time one vial). The last time i went it was 2 vials. After many months I saw no results whatsoever. Even when we compared the before and after pictures. I am wondering if there is any point to try more vials since after 5 vials no difference.

Sorry for your frustration. I stopped injecting Sculptra quite a few years ago when more durable HA fillers were approved for facial recontouring and treating volume deficit. Sculptra was expensive, required several treatment sessions to see any results, and, in the event of an undesirable outcome or adverse reaction, unlike with HA fillers, there is no enzyme for dissolving it away. Additionally, the results of HA filler treatments are typically immediate, on-the--spot results. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
