Will my face ever go back to what it was pre-Sculptra?

I had 1/3 vial sculptra in temples April '23. I had 1 vial spread throughout face in June '23 and 1 vial Oct '23. Since then my face is so much wider/larger and has lost its beautiful natural contours. I have had painful inflammation for months and the pain finally starting to subside some after being on prednisone and antibiotics. How many years will it take for my body to rid the sculptra, and how long will the new unwanted collagen last?
