Hi. I am planning on getting ultherapy and onda treatment in one appointment, but would like to get picoway laser also for darkspots/hyperpigmentation. How soon can I get the Picoway laser treatment? Can it be done on the same day as the ultherapy and onda? If not, what is the soonest I can receive the picoway laser treatment? Would Excel V treatment for reducing redness around face be safe to do with ultherapy and onda? Can they be done together? If not, how long do I have to wait? Thanks for your help.

Yes, it is clinically possible to combine these treatments in one visit. Ultherapy and Onda work well together for deep lifting, and adding Picoway or Excel V for surface concerns can be done in the same session.
However, since lifting devices generate internal heat, I often recommend a 1 to 2-week interval if your skin is particularly sensitive or prone to swelling.
