Ultherapy vs Morpheus8 - which would help under eye wrinkles, nasolabial folds, jowls, chin and jawline? (Photos)

Thinking about getting either ultherapy or Morpheus8. Recently my under eye area has lost elasticity and getting more wrinkles. I have been using botox for years and it's no longer helping the under eye area. I would also like to address the jowls and tighten under my chin and jawline. Also I'm concerned about the nasolabial folds which are more pronounced. Which would help me best address these issues?

Based on what you've described - concerns with under-eye wrinkles, jowls, jawline laxity, and pronounced nasolabial folds - both Ultherapy and Morpheus8 can offer benefits, but one may be more suitable depending on your skin type and goals.
For Jowls & Jawline:We usually recommend either Ultherapy or Thermage FLX for this area.If you have thinner skin and minimal subcutaneous fat, Thermage FLX may be more effective.If you have moderate laxity and are looking for deeper lifting, Ultherapy (which targets the SMAS layer) can be ideal for contouring the lower face and tightening under the chin.
Under-Eye Wrinkles:Since Botox is no longer effective in that area for you, Eye Thermage is a great non-invasive option. It works by stimulating collagen to tighten and smooth fine lines around the eyes, especially useful when skin starts to lose elasticity.
Nasolabial Folds:These folds are best treated with a combination approach. Lifting treatments like Ultherapy or Thermage help reduce skin sagging that deepens the folds, while filler or collagen-stimulating injectables (such as Radiesse, Sculptra, or Juvelook) can help restore volume and soften the crease without looking unnatural.
