Loose chin skin after Coolsculpting, no results with Ultherapy. Will any treatments help or is surgery my only option? (Photo)

A year and a half ago, at age 50, I did one Coolsculpting treatment on my chin. It worked, but unfortunately, I was left with loose skin and puckering / striation that have not improved with time. Three months ago, I got Ultherapy in hopes that it would help tighten the skin, but have not seen any results yet. Is it possible that things still could improve with time? Or is surgery my only hope? I also take collagen supplements, use a good neck cream, and a red light therapy wand, but I can't imagine those are helping that much. I'm wishing I'd never done the Coolsculpting.
