Are there any new methods to outfracture bones and heal them in place?

My bones were infractured and my bony hump removed. Not only do I miss the bony contour and hump, my bones are now also way too narrow, and breathing is affected. I know spreader grafts can keep the bones spaced outward, but is there any way to outfracture the bones and heal them in place with patient specific splints, bone glues, suturing techniques or other new methods, or can anyone please invent them? I really want my wide bones back...
