Can Microneedling RF reduce lower face fat?

Question

The lower half of the face has gotten wider and fatter. I would like to reduce fat on top of the jaw line and in the lower face. I read that deep RF Microneedling may reduce fat at the lower face/jawline eg Agnes RF micro needling machine. I did masseter Botox How can I reduce fat in the lower face/jawline? Does anyone have any experience with whether RF microneedling on the lower face/jawline works to reduce fat and which machine is best? Will lower face fat reduction cause jowls or sagging?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

You could combine the Facetite and Morpheus8 together to get a better result. Facetite. Sagging of skin will not occur as Morpheus tightens it and produces collagen indirectly.

Morpheus 8 is has been known to help remove excess fat in the face, chin, neck, and undereye fat pads. The Radio Frequency that Morpheus 8 uses is meant to help tighten skin, but in turn the heat also could potentially destroy fat cells if set at a proper level. I think Morpehus 8 is great for skin tightening so you shouldn't be left with any worsening of jowl sagging.
