Is there anything that can help my KP & visible pores on legs? (Photo)

I have developed KP on my legs and having a hard time treating. I had laser hair removal years ago and it almost made things worse. Even if the bumps go down the pores (little dots) are still visible. Red and blotchy. My skin also burns at times. Is there anything that can help? Creams or lasers? I've used KP creams and scrubs and it hasn't made a difference

Thank you for sharing your question. There are many lasers available to treat irregular skin pigmentation. I prefer the erbium laser due to its high satisfaction rate and very low complication rate. I hope this helps.
