Is diolite laser safe for facial fat and collagen?

I’ve heard some things like (Thermage?) or radio frequency can cause loss of facial fat or damage to collagen? Is this the case for spot pigment removal with Diolite laser on the face?

Thank you for sharing your question. There are many lasers available to treat irregular skin pigmentation. I prefer the erbium laser due to its high satisfaction rate and very low complication rate. I hope this helps.
