In 1995 I had a lip augmentation using a strip of skin taken from my groin area. This left me with a protruding upper lip. I received an unsatisfactory lip reduction in late 2020. I have asymmetry, have lost my cupid's bow, and my teeth do not show when I smile. I know I can never have my original lip back, but I am wondering if improvement can be made in what I am left with. I want to cry every day.

It appears that you show more of upper lip mucosa when smiling, than desired. Small reduction, in local anesthesia, with scar placed inside of mouth, is recommended. Good luck.
