I would like to know how I could get this side of my jaw to look like the after? (Photo)

I am fairly low body fat and potentially have over developed masseters. I also still have my wisdom teeth. One side of my jaw is slightly larger and more rounded than the other side. I was wondering what I could do to correct it. I have an edit of what I have in mind. I also may have excess buccal or peri oral fat. I also want to avoid adding too much width as my jaw is already pretty wide.

Hello,This would be a completely unrealistic expectation/result from jaw surgery. The only way to achieve this kind of skeletal change would be corrective jaw surgery, however the result remains unrealistic.

Hi Andre, Before diving into surgery, it may be a good idea to identify any issues with you tmj. Consider getting an MRI of you tmj to assess the disc. I would advise against doing an isolated genioplasty without getting evaluated for corrective jaw surgery.

If you do not have any mechanical issues with your jaw or bite, I typically would not recommend jaw surgery. That is a major procedure with a decent recovery period. However, if you are looking for aesthetic solutions, I would recommend a genioplasty. Your chin is slightly recessed compared to...
