Is it possible to fix jaw asymmetry with a combination of adding and removing mass from the jaw or cheek? If it's possible is it relatively easy? I have attached photos of what sort of movement I had in mind.

Good idea to consult with an orthodontist. The orthodontist can do imaging that can assess deficiencies in growth. Often times jaw surgery and facial implants are done at the same time by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
Hello,Jaw surgery is usually a coordinated effort between oral surgeons and orthodontists. It is unclear if your maxilla is constricted as there are no photos of your teeth. Based on the pictures alone, you are a good candidate for at least a maxillary advancement.
