I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do about my narrow/small jaw. My teeth are straight and my dentist says there’s no problems. I booked an apt with an orthodontist as well to make sure nothings wrong/underdeveloped. I was reasearching about my issue and it’s possible I might have “mouth breather face”. I’m not sure if I should see a plastic surgeon for a jaw implant or seek a maxillofacial doctor. I also have chronic TMJ and allergies.

Hello,Jaw surgery is usually a coordinated effort between oral surgeons and orthodontists. It is unclear if your maxilla is constricted as there are no photos of your teeth. Based on the pictures alone, you are a good candidate for at least a maxillary advancement.
Hello,This would be a completely unrealistic expectation/result from jaw surgery. The only way to achieve this kind of skeletal change would be corrective jaw surgery, however the result remains unrealistic.
