Can filler be placed in the medial portion of the eyebrow?

Medial brow is one of the most dangerous places to inject filler due to the neurovascular bundles present in that region. However, there are injectors who perform this procedure either by cannula technique or under ultrasound guidance.There are other safer ways to lift the brow such as using neuromodulator botulinum toxin or PDO lifting threads. However, results are often short-lived. Surgical brow lift can be considered if non-surgical techniques fail.

As you noted, the medial brow is a danger area due to blood vessels that communicate with the eyes. Any injection done in this area must be performed by an expert injecting physician.
