Is there a way to get a tear trough filler without causing the tyndall effect? (Photo)

tgil
Hi - my right side looks okay. Does my left side look like there’s a pocket of over filled area? Is there a way to fill the tear troughs without causing the Tyndall effect or some deformity in that area? My skin looks wrinkled and dry on the left side compared to the right under the eyes. Thanks, T
