How can I improve strange wrinkles above lip? (Photos)

I had a septoplasty/turbinoplasty 2 years ago and have had lip filler also. Started to notice these really strange creases above my lip during movement so had filler removed, but creases are still there. Any advice to improve this? Thanks

By injecting a small amount of Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau into this area, the muscles will relax, causing the hard, deeps lines to smooth and improving the lines and wrinkles. Neuromodulators take 2 to 4 weeks to start working and lasts for up to six months. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question and photos. Since filler didn’t provide the results you’re looking for, you may benefit from a minimal amount of Botox to significantly soften the skin above the lip and improve the appearance of wrinkles. 
Botox can target the muscles that raise the upper lip and reduce the creasing that occurs with excess movement in this area. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your concern and suggest the best treatment plan for you.

From the picture you uploaded, it appears you still have additional lip filler that can be removed. It seems the technique used elevated/projected your lip. You would benefit from a more more natural lip filler technique and perhaps the addition of a small amount of botox above your lip.
