I had some filler under my eyes removed with Hyaluronidase previously and had no swelling and apparently it was quick results by smoothing out the filler within 2 hours. I swelled quite a lot after my juvederm filler in my lips, I'm on day 3 and still swollen (hopefully) because it's all around my upper lip/ugly lip shape

Hyaluronidase can take effect quickly, sometimes as fast as one day. But, bruising and swelling from the injection itself (especially near the eye) can last days longer. I would give it a week before deciding whether you want/need more. Hopefully you will see resolution. Dr. Jen
