I'm a female I'm starting to use rogaine foam 5% since month ago and now when I put it I see a small hair fall out and there are like one inch in length with black bulb! What does that means? May be minoxidil working or no?

There are no studies linking increased varicocele pain from finasteride use so you should be fine. IF you are having pain now, you will likely continue to have pain.
