I am using Clobex spray twice daily for alopecia areata. It is three weeks now and I starting to develop mild acne. How long should the treatment be continued safely? No regrowth after three weeks. Dermatologist didn't prescribe the duration. Pharmacist asked to stop after three weeks. Should I continue until regrowth?

The best overall option would be to have a hair transplant surgery. If you are looking for a non-surgical solution, I would recommend oral finasteride instead of topical. You can continue with minoxidil topically or add Z82 which contains ingredients that enhance penetration and promote growth....
