What is the better PRP alone or PRP with Acell?
Answer: Acell + PRP OR PRP alone? Englewood cliffs nj In my opinion, there have been no studies to prove that A cell adds anything to the PRP mixture. It may add foreign protein which can have serious side effects including inflammation. We have been getting excellent results with PRP alone. Find a PRP expert.PRPHAIRMD.COM

In your case, I would perform the first treatment with Cell followed by 3 PRP alone sessions. You will still need a maintenance treatment every 6 months to keep the hair growing and healthy.
