In my opinion, there have been no studies to prove that A cell adds anything to the PRP mixture.  It may add foreign protein which can have  serious side effects including inflammation. We have been getting excellent results with PRP alone. Find a PRP expert.PRPHAIRMD.COM

Hello and thank you for your question.  Acell is reserved for moderate to severe cases that need an extra boost.  In your case, I would perform the first treatment with Cell followed by 3 PRP alone sessions.
