In your case, I would perform the first treatment with Cell followed by 3 PRP alone sessions. You will still need a maintenance treatment every 6 months to keep the hair growing and healthy. You can combined minoxidil and PRP, but I think that you will not find much value in the PRP and the minoxidil shed will abate in 2-3 months if you stick to the course
