Minoxidil induced shedding: can I combine PRP with Minoxidil?

Can i use daily minoxidil in combination with monthly prp for treatment of acute telogen effluvium with active shedding ? Any better alternatives for minoxidil to be combined with prp in this active stage?

This needs an in-person evaluation. I suggest seeing a hair loss expert now to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. In our office we use prp with progesterone with great results. Hair transplantation is an alternative. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You can combined minoxidil and PRP, but I think that you will not find much value in the PRP and the minoxidil shed will abate in 2-3 months if you stick to the course
