You can combined minoxidil and PRP, but I think that you will not find much value in the PRP and the minoxidil shed will abate in 2-3 months if you stick to the course

It is unlikely that PRP has caused hair loss. Any localized trauma to the area from injection and the use of epinephrine can lead to a "psuedo-shock" loss in less than 5% of patients, however, this is typically self limited and temporary.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified...
