Thank you for the photo. The best for you to do is to have an in person consultation. The profile photo gives some idea of the problem but defenetly the front and 3/4 views are extremely important. Probably just a gentle microliponeck will accomplish what you need. You can always use some PDO threads to support the jawline but if there is some fat excess it must be removed first. Dr.L.M.

A face/neck lift are not designed to fix what you are concerned about. If you are really bothered by your profile, I would suggest looking into a chin implant, with maybe a touch of liposuction in the neck area.
