Contour Thread Lift Q&A

Hi, Im 29 almost 30 and Ive only ever had a lip flip. Ive always been decent looking but never drop dead gorgeous, however Im noticing jowls, and my nose and face resemble that of a literal witch. Its so ugly and I feel like Im only pretty in certain angles. I want my cosmetic procedure journey to look natural, I dont want to look like Trisha Paytas or khloe kardashian, I want to look naturally pretty. What should I do? Ive included an image from when I was in my early 20s as well

I have had both threads that have left me being Able to see the threads under my skin and created pinching, filler I find is noticeable with face movement. please recommend a treatment to tighten and lift and anything else for improvement like most I am chasing a youthful look , please recommend the best to crest a natural result as I am struggling with so many options available and what is needed to improve a youthful appearance.

I've read that Contour Thread Lifts are both permanent and temporary; which is it?

Would I benefit from a pdo thread lift on my cheeks to get rid of the sagging around my mouth. I dont want any filler as the whole point is to make my face look slimmer.

I had the contour thread lift about 3 yrs ago, and just heard that procedure is no longer done. What's happening? I was at my dermetologist yesterday and they said "Oh, lots of problems with the threads," and that class action lawsuits had been filed. I would like to be brought up to date on this action and reasons for it.

I had a Contour Thread lift about 4 years ago. I actually had great results. As I have gotten older, I was actually hoping to have additional threads done to help my neck look younger. It looks like they are no longer made. Is there an alternative? I am 47 years old.
