From what I have read so far, Polypropylene Breast Implants are something to avoid, yet it's been now what 30 or so years since that technique was invented. So I felt it worth looking into as an option. I have had the desire to go XL+ in size for so many years. Yet my breasts are somewhat small and most surgeons I have spoken to prefer not to even broach that area and try very hard to talk me out of my goal. So I am wondering if any advancements have been made with the Polypropylene Breast Implants?
