are very common and yours sounds like a typical problem  Your surgeon is monitoring your healing and if it worsens, you should contact your surgeon for further advice and reassurances you desire.  Your wound will not fall apart so don't fret about that.  Continuation of good wound care will assure that it will heal without further issues.
