Hi Ncparquet, and thanks for posting. Prices will vary for tuck in this area, but generally will run between $5500 and $8500. Factors which may influence cost include addition of liposuction (usually the waist area) and/or correction of hernia. We strongly urge you to consider the SAFETY/REPUTATION of the doctor/facility in making your decision. Consider only BCPS! While cost is important, nothing is more important than your safety!! Please see attached web reference. Good luck :)
The cost of a tummy tuck varies depending upon the extent of surgery. For example, a mini-tummy tuck costs significantly less than a circumferential abdominoplasty. The most common type is a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. This surgery takes ~3 hours and many times an overnight stay for comfort. Average prices would be around $3000 for the facility and anesthesia and $5000-6000 for the surgical fees which include all appointments, follow ups, and garments.
Hi. Packages vary depending on region and the acreditation of the PS. An evaluation is needed to stablish the right procedure and give you a quote.International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons
The cost of any cosmetic surgery varies a bit depending on how extensive or complicated the procedure is (these surgeries can vary from simple to complicated thus the time and cost for surgery can vary), other adjunctive procedures done at the same time (e.g. liposuction), the location where the surgery is performed (hospital vs. office based vs. surgery center), and surgeon variability in pricing. There is fairly wide variation in surgeon pricing depending on their practice, city/state/region of practice, etc. For example, what you pay for a tummy tuck in south Florida/New York City/Los Angeles, will likely be slightly more than say in a smaller town or non-coastal region like the Midwest. Certainly cost is an important and responsible consideration when deciding on cosmetic plastic surgery but should not be the only factor. You want to make sure to consult with BOARD-CERTIFIED plastic surgeons, ask appropriate and thorough questions to ensure a good fit between you and your surgeon, and make sure you feel comfortable with them as a provider. You also want to ensure the facility is certified as well, ask about the type of anesthesia provider (MD, CRNA, NA, etc). All of these factors (including price) should be considered when deciding on a surgeon. Pricing could vary anywhere from $7000 and up. Good luck!
The costs will vary a lot with what area you live in. New York is going to be more expensive then West VA. In general, with all fees included, you should expect to pay around $9,000-12,000. Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon!!! if possible, see one in your area too in case you need attention after surgery since it makes it much easierdavid berman md
Dear Prettyyeyesgirl,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong for sure. Based on your photos, it looks like stretch marks. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough...
It is wonderful what you have achieved by yourself!! Congratulations. After weight loss you have developed a significant degree of saggy skin on abdomen, pubic area, laterally and buttocks (cellulite dimples are sign of flaccid tissues), plus your muscle loose which make you look a bit ...
Thank you for your question! Garment size is based on measurements taken prior to an immediately post surgery. It is hard to recommend a certain size before surgery because it is dependent on what procedure you are having and the amount of skin and fat removed. I hope this helps!
