The reason you may be having a hard time finding a surgeon in Columbia (or here) is that a reputable practitioner knows you are at increased risk for complications , and will also probably have a less than satisfactory result. If you travel for surgery and come back with problems, it will be difficult to find a surgeon to take over your care.

Yes, I have some suggestions. Do your research, come up with a realistic set of expectations and goals, and go have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your community if you want to be serious about surgery.

There are obviously increased risks of performing surgery at your current weight and you are likely to not only be at more risk but more likely to get a poor result. You are best to contact local surgeons directly and ask this question.

While all of the procedures you are interested in may be reasonable except "full body liposuction" individually or even combining several they would be safer done in stages.  Also liposuction should not be considered as a weight loss procedure it is a body contouring procedure.  Complete full body liposuction is not a advisable procedure, liposuction should be considered for "problem areas". Your current weight while not ideal would not exclude you from most of your requested procedures.  Good luck.

I certainly would not do such extensive surgery on you at your current weight.  You are at very, very high risk for numerous complications, some that can be life threatening.  Throw in a long plane flight and I am getting nervous just thinking about what could happen to you.  I recommend you get into a medically supervised weight loss program and get down to a healthy and sustainable weight.  You will then be a good candidate for body and breast contouring surgery and will not have to travel to a foreign country to find someone who will operate on you!

Although I am not in Columbia, I suspect the surgeons there are well trained and will tell you liposuction is not a weight loss procedure, and at your weight any surgery carries high risk of complications and death other than the mole removal.
