I would suggest avoiding any laser treatments during pregnancy, even if they do not effect the pregnancy (which  i do not feel they do) the conditions you are describing worsen during pregnancy and should be treated after delivery not before.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I do not find that lasers help PIH they can often worsen it.  I suggest lightening creams and light salicylic acid peels.  Please find a dermatologist with experience in pigmentation.  Best, Dr. Emer.
