I have indentations on both sides of my forehead after rhinoplasty, what can I do? (Photo)

We have not seen any of our patients develop temple fat loss after rhinoplasty. Concavities in this area may be from weight loss, malnutrition, or other reasons. Consider discussing this with your physician to ensure you do not have an underlying cause for your temple hollowing. It may also be helpful looking at your before and after photos to ensure this was not present preoperatively. I see that your temples are hollow, and it can be from weight loss, more than from the rhinoplasty. You can get a filler like Juvederm Voluma, to smooth out that dent. The results may last up to 18 months. It is an easy procedure done by an expert in this technique. The position on the brows will not change.

Hello and thank you for your questions. It is difficult to say whether this is definitely associated with  the rhinoplasty procedure. You should see a board certified cosmetic surgeon for consideration of filler treatment, including fat transfer to improve the look.

Having done rhinoplasty surgery for over 35 years I cannot imagine how these depressions are related to your nasal procedure. I suggest you consult with your surgeon or see a facial specialist for an examination.
