We have not seen any of our patients develop temple fat loss after rhinoplasty. Concavities in this area may be from weight loss, malnutrition, or other reasons. Consider discussing this with your physician to ensure you do not have an underlying cause for your temple hollowing. It may also be helpful looking at your before and after photos to ensure this was not present preoperatively. The results may last up to 18 months. It is an easy procedure done by an expert in this technique. The position on the brows will not change.
