I know it's still pretty early and my nose is swollen. My nose still looks too long and pointy, especially at the tip and that's not what I ask from the doctor at all. I actually ask the opposite. Do you think the tip will come more back after swelling? And if not would I be able to fix just the Nasal tip without breaking any bones again in the future? Thank you for your time

I don't see any reason why you can't use your orthodontic retainer but I would suggest you ask your surgeon who you trusted to perform your rhinoplasty prior to initiating any changes in your post operative care.
