I have a deep dark crease above my belly button from slouching. Any procedure to remove it or lessen? (Photo)

I’m skinny but my stomach still folds where the crease is when sitting/bending over. Is there any procedure to remove it or at least lessen the look. I read in another question where a doctor replied with “These creases can be softened by releasing them with an instrument called a ‘pickle fork’ and then injecting a little of your fat below the crease to try to avoid the attachment to muscle returning.”
