Can I get Halo treatment done even after some ultra low dose Accutane?

There is no contraindication. Most conservative physicians will ask you to wait 6 months,. I do not. If you have normal oil gland activity and did not have complications from accutane you are fine. I wouldnt do a laser treatment while currently on accutane.

Most of the time it is recommended not to treat with lasers while on Accutane.  However, 6 months after treatment there would be no contraindication.  I would also not be too worried about a week of Accutane affecting your treatment.
However, my greater concern is that you are continuing to have active acne.  You may want to consider treating the acne with a series of  Foreverclear BBL prior to your Halo to improve your results by reducing the inflammatory response on your skin.

It is not advised to have Halo laser while taking accutane. In my practice I ask that patients are off accutane for at least 1 year. Hope this helps.

Talk to your provider but i would give it 6 months after accutane to give your body a chance to adjust and detox.
