I have acne that is well controlled with topical meds (duac and retin-a), I am unable to take antibiotics due to chronic gastritis. I am 50, ave uneven skin texture, crows feet and a fine line across the bridge of nose. I am looking to reduce signs of aging, I have done just plain microneedling in the past - when I stop my topical meds to prepare for microneedling I get one or two pimples. Am I an appropriate candidate for Halo or Morpheus8? Which one is better if I am a candidate for both?

As with laser hair removal, there isn't any research proving that electrolysis is safe for pregnant women and their babies, so experts recommend holding off on the procedure until after your baby is born.
Absolutely! Halo is a hybrid ablative and non-ablative fractional laser. It is one part of a comprehesive quiver of lasers. Like any device, it has risk, and those will depend largely on who is operating it, but it is very safe to combine with other devices.
