I’ve had 4 Excel Laser V treatments for redness- Before & after photos show no improvement. I’ve swelled significantly after each Tx so not an issue of it not being turned up enough.Today my Dr told me if it’s not working she’s not going to continue taking my money. I did a series of IPL treatments years ago, and use SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic serum in the AM and Skin Science AlphaRet night cream now. Is there anything else I can do for the redness if the XLV didn’t work (laser, peel...?)

Its true you are slightly more swollen than I experience in my office but not to the point that I would be afraid. These circles are the laser beam marks and they do raise and swell especially on the neck. I do not see any burns so thats good. if it really bothers you or goes on more than 3 days...
