So I have decided not to get buccal fat removal only because I potentially don't want a more hollow face as I get older. I although, considering chin lipo with tightening. I I get that procedure will that help with the extra skin over my jaw line? I don't think I have jowls like I have seen in pics but just want my jaw line to show more. When I smile It seems like my dimples are lower. I want a long term effect and not ultherapy. I'm 39
