So I have decided not to get buccal fat removal only because I potentially don't want a more hollow face as I get older. I although, considering chin lipo with tightening. I I get that procedure will that help with the extra skin over my jaw line? I don't think I have jowls like I have seen in pics but just want my jaw line to show more. When I smile It seems like my dimples are lower. I want a long term effect and not ultherapy. I'm 39

Answer: Chin Contouring with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates, but Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results. Answer: Chin laxity There are a number of ways to approach this depending upon the outcome you desire. Kybella injections will make considerable improvement, however what you may have is laxity of the muscles in the floor of the mouth as well and in cases such as these a chin advancement will pull these muscles forward and liposuction done simultaneously will remove any excess fat that may be contributing
