Do I have a hanging columella or any revision rhinoplasty deformity? I had a revision rhinoplasty a few years ago. Since then I feel like my columella is larger than before my rhinoplasty causing my nose to look bigger. I also just feel like my nose is asymmetrical or collapsing. What do I do? Steroid injection?
