The extra fat or skin that is on either side of my lips really bothers me. I’m only 28, tried cheek filler and radio frequency

Buccal fat removal is the plastic surgery procedure that removes the fat pockets that cause chubby cheeks. Buccal fat removal does NOT remove the excess of skin around the mouth. Patients with excess of skin around the corners of the mouth could benefit from either skin tightening procedures like fractora or cheek bone enhancement with fillers ( to elevate the saggy skin) if they are candidates.

Fullness around the corners of the lips can be improved by many aesthetic treatments, sometimes it takes a custom combination for best results. For instance, skin tightening of that region can be improved by a series of Forma or Fractora (radiofrequency) treatments. For excess fat that are considered "pre-jowl" some patients will opt for small Kybella treatments. Regardless, an in-person evaluation with a facial plastics surgeon is highly advised because they have the adequate knowledge of facial anatomy and range of prospective treatments.
