I have very shallow cheekbones + not a whole lot of fat around them. There is a noticeable dip/indentation between the highest point of my cheekbone and the fat below, which will only look worse as I age. I'm trying to decide between a fat transfer, implants, and fillers for the short + long term but I'm uncertain about putting more implants in my face. I already have an 8 year old chin implant that I'm careful not to bump but I don't want to feel like my entire face is too delicate.
