Based on your photo you would definitely be a candidate for liposuction. Although it is hard to say definitely, without an in person evaluation I think skin laxity is not an issue in your case and either type of procedure would be okay. Personally I prefer Tickle Lipo doesn’t involve burning anything.
Based upon your photo I would state emphatically:yes! You are a good candidate for Lipo. Your lower abdomen is slightly patulous but given your young age and excellent health, I believe you will achieve the flat abdom you are seeking. Lymphatic massages and compression garments will be crucial to maximize your results post Lipo.
This will ultimately depend on skin laxity. It's difficult to tell from your photo, but if you have loose skin and are a candidate for a tummy tuck, I'd recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be done at the same time. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the flattest, most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question and posting your picture. It is difficult to assess the flaccidity in your skin that you describe from the picture. When there is laxity, I usually recommend the addition of an energy device such as Renuvion (J-Plasma) or BodyTite. Either of these can be combined with Tickle Lipo to give a more impressive result. Additionally, you may be an excellent candidate for Emsculpt, a non-invasive treatment that builds the abdominal muscles while destroying fat cells. Best to seek out an in-person consultation with a body sculpting expert.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
Thank you for your question. As I look at your abdomen, I cannot appreciate the flaccidity that you reference. Pictures of you slightly bent forward and another set with you pinching the problems areas, both upright and bent over, would help me better assess the flaccidity portion of your question. If you have minimal laxity and the pinch shows a decent amount of fat, then lipo only would be indicated. Then the question becomes what is the best type of lipo.Having done SmartLipo and Tickle Lipo, I feel very strongly that Tickle is far superior for removal of fat. SmartLipo uses excessive heat and vaporizes the tissue it touches and burning adjacent tissue. Finally, suction is done, typically with a sharp cannula, essentially a traditional liposuction to finish the procedure. Therefore you are literally burned then cut to extract your fat. The tissue damage is significant and the healing is prolonged, up to 3-6 months to see end results. Tickle uses rotation and vibration to liquify your fat followed by suctioning with a blunt, not sharp, cannula. This causes minimal adjacent tissue damage, so your healing time is minimal with end results being seen in only 3-4 WEEKS, not months as is true with laser.
Thank you for posting your question. From your photo, it looks like you may benefit from the smart lipo procedure. Smart lipo involves the use of a laser to dissolve and permanently remove fat pockets while at the same time tighten overlying skin in the face as well as almost anywhere in the body. I recommend meeting with an experienced physician for an in-person consultation to learn more about the procedure and your options. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question. Based on the picture you are a candidate for smart lipo. I recommend you consult with a board certified PS for evaluation.
Thanks for your question. From the photo, yes, I think you'd be an excellent candidate to consider Smartlipo. It is a fairly simple procedure with limited downtime and risk. You might find a video I've been working on helpful that goes over Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) and Liposuction (including Smartlipo) -- link below? Best wishes.
Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Given your photo, I would recommend Smart Lipo over Tickle Lipo. The Smart Lipo has the additional advantage of tightening your skin, which will certainly help with any laxity you might have. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck! i think you would benefit from Smartlipo. it will decrease your fat and you will get a little skin tightening. it is not going to be perfectly tight with any procedure except for a tummy tuck and you don't appear to have enough lose skin to be able to do a TT.it is important that you expect improvement and not perfection from Smartlipo or any other procedure.david berman md
Thank you for your question. We perform 6-8 Tickle Liposuction cases a week at my practice in Arizona. Pricing is very dependent on where you live, the experience and credentials of the surgeon, as well as the surgical plan.Because Tickle Lipo is an actual surgery, I would find it skeptical that...
In my opinion, Tickle Lipo is the best procedure for liposuction. Smart lipo is a fine procedure that can give great results but it's no longer the latest and greatest. Smart lipo is led by a marketing machine and people are likely to be familiar with the procedure because it's so well known....
Thank you for your question. I agree with several of the other surgeons; the "Tickle Lipo" or any other marketing term is not substantially different from other forms of liposuction. Liposuction removes fat; it does not tighten skin. You can expect to see some improvement on your flanks and you...
