Hi @Augusty! I would not recommend doing PDO threads and RF together. The reason is that the PDO Threads can be dissolved with RF. A RF device will heat the threads enough to degrade them. I hope this was helpful.

The barbed threads will get immediate lifting, but will begin to lose effectiveness at 3 to 6 months, just about the time the collagen stimulation from the RF will be most robust. However, most offices will not tell you that the results will fade at a year, when the RF stimulated collagen breaks down. The only solution is to repeat the process every year, depending on your age, sun damage, etc. Many patients, after discovering this, will then consider surgery. Seek consultation with board certified plastic surgeons before deciding.
