RHA filler for marionette lines in jaw and cheek. Is it going to make a difference? (photos)

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. RHA is an excellent option for the marionette lines because it has optimal elasticity allowing for it to move with expression. For the jawline it depends where; if at the point where the marionette lines meet the jawline (the not-so flattering term is pre-jowl sulcus), then it could work nicely.

RHA fillers have become my filler of choice for the nasolabial folds and marionette lines and the soft tissue of the face. It acts like natural tissue and makes the face look as though it was photoshopped. Make sure your injector is not heavy handed with the fillers. It is always better to be a little deflated than overfilled.

I would personally recommend a small amount of RHA 2 filler (0.5mls total) into the area of the marionette lines to smooth out those areas, as well as Dysport or Botox to your chin to decrease that contractility that is contributing to the horizontal line below your lower lip. It will smooth out your chin a good deal. In addition you can request a small amount of neurotoxin in your DAO muscles, if you do not already receive that. I feel like your cheeks would be last on my list, as you have a good amount of fullness to start. Hope this helps.
